Our team is committed to fulfilling every project with care, transparency, and professionalism. However, due to the nature of digital services and time-based work, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for SEO services—including but not limited to audits, content writing, link building, on-page optimization, and reporting—are non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project is canceled before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees incurred during the onboarding or proposal phase.

3. Disputed Deliverables

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, revise the work or offer a credit toward future services. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Monthly SEO Plans

For monthly or recurring SEO plans, cancellations must be made in writing at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional cases—such as billing errors or duplicate charges—a full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion. All such cases will be investigated thoroughly and processed within 7–10 business days if approved.
